Let this mind be in youu, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is LORD, to the glory of God the Father (Phillipians 2:5).

The context, the incarnation the LORD God becoming flesh… the Conclusion, every knee shall bow and declare the incarnate God, as God in the flesh. The Lord is God,

Those who cry Lord Lord and have prophesied in his name, Jesus will say “depart from me I dont know you” (Mt 7:21-23). Why they dont know him either. They dont know him as their father, he is master (Lord) but only Lord as in “master” he is not Lord as in GOD to them. Every knee has to bow and say Jesus is LORD and one cannot do this without believing the incarnation “God was manifested in the flesh” (1 Timothy 3:16) The dynamic key here is, we only know God through the Lord and Jesus is lord. Now every knee is going to acknowledge this truth, “Jesus is God!”

Folks ask this question all the time, Did Jesus say he was God? Of Course! As Lord in the New Testament he certainly did. look at Isaiah 44:6 BESIDE ME,THERE IS NO GOD.

I am the LORD and there is none else; there is no God beside ME…That they may know from the rising of the sun and from the west, that there is none BESIDE ME. I am the LORD that created the heavens, God himself that formed the earth and made it, he hath established it he creted it not in vain. He formed it to be inhabited. I am the Lord and there is none else (ISAIAH 45;5,6,18).

Now look at Colossians. To hear the same LORD declare himself the creator (in the volume of the book it is JESUS the LORD speaking, The ONLY lord, God alone Psalm 40:7 with Luke 24;27 which states “And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself”. The LORD tells us in Colossians, about himself for all scriptures are revealed by the Lord foir he is the speaker of those things written and the revealer of that which is read. Its all about him spoken by him and telling of him, all scriptures. The LORD himself tells us in Colosians, “Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. 19For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; (COL 1;15-19).
